The following fees may be assessed against your account and the following transaction limitations, if any, apply to your account.

1. Applicable to checking accounts and the Extreme Green Savings account. The fee is waived on consumer accounts if account holder is over 65 years old or account maintains a daily balance over $5,000.
2. Assessed per withdrawal and per transfer at ATM’s we do not own or operate.
3. Applicable only to checking accounts. A checking account is inactive if, for one year, you have made no deposits or withdrawals to the account.
4. A checking or savings account is dormant if, for two years, you have made no deposits or withdrawals to the account.
5. This fee may be charged for each presentment of an item. Some items may be presented for payment more than once, potentially resulting in more than one fee for this item. The categories of transactions for which this fee may be imposed are those by any of the following means: check, in-person withdrawal, ATM withdrawal, or other electronic means.
6. Assessed when an account is overdrawn 10 consecutive business days and 20 consecutive business days. The categories of transactions for which this fee may be imposed are those by any of the following means: check, in-person withdrawal (regardless if you’re opted-in), or other electronic means.
7. Assessed upon receipt of a returned statement until address is updated on account.
