Enrollment instructions for initial access:

1. Call 1(877) 245-2265
2. Select Option 3 to Reset your PIN
3. Enter in your account number
4. Enter in the last 4 digits of your SSN or TIN
5. Enter your new PIN 
6. Confirm your new PIN
7. Select from the menu 

Tips:

• Your PIN cannot be the last four digits of your TIN, it must be a random, four-digit number. 
• If you attempt to access your account before updating your PIN, you will receive an invalid PIN message. You will need to follow the steps above to update your PIN and access your accounts. 
• If you continue to receive an invalid PIN message, if you have forgotten your PIN, or if you believe that you have been locked out, you will need to contact the bank as your PIN may need to be reset.
